Concerning PDFs

If you don't see your pdf in your email inbox, check your messages on Kickstarter.
I wrongly assumed that by sending them as messages on Kickstarter, emails would be generated automatically. Evidently this wasn't the case for everyone.
Just to be clear, everyone who should be getting a pdf should have a link that was sent via direct message here on Kickstarter.
Hopefully this clears up any confusion I may have unintentionally caused.

Surveys Closing and Orders Locking

Attention Everyone!
If you have not yet completed your BackerKit survey, now is the time to do so, especially if you ordered a physical book! We do not know where to ship your order without that survey being completed!
That said, the surveys will be closing one week from today. This means that after 7PM EST on Wednesday December 7th, you will no longer be able to fill in the survey. Cards will be charged shortly thereafter.
Once the survey closes, the preorder store will close with it. This means that all future orders will need to be placed on blackspirefantasy.com for print and pdf purchases, or alternatively on drivethrurpg.com for pdf, if that method be preferred.
Concerning the books themselves, I have sent out links to free pdfs via email to the appropriate backers over the past week or so. If you have not received such an email and suspect that you should have, check for emails from DriveThruRPG in addition to Blackspire Fantasy and Kickstarter. If you haven't received the pdf copy you pledged for, let me know!
The physical books have been sent to their respective warehouses, but I am being told that due to this being the peak busy season for many distribution centers, there may be a delay in shipping the books to backers from the warehouse. The estimates I am currently being given are for January, but I am pushing them to give us higher priority. If anything new comes of this, I will be sure to let you all know.

SURVEYS AND OTHER MATTERS

It's been a wild ride since I last spoke to you all. The book is finished. Huzzah!
I received printer proofs from the printers over a week ago, and they were spectacularly beautiful! Everything was approved, and I gave the order to start printing. Right now, as we speak, Swords & Chaos is currently being printed. Huzzah!
The PDF files are on my publisher page on drivethrurpg.com (currently unlisted), and a page is currently being set up to feature them on blackspirefantasy.com HUZZAH!
In order to receive your PDF copy, you must complete your backerkit survey! Emails went out for the surveys over a week ago, but for the sake of convenience, I will attach a link to the survey here.
I am attempting to distribute codes to those who have already completed their surveys, but seeing as I am not an expert on this matter, I am consulting with someone who knows how best to do this sort of thing. I don't know that I will have code distribution sorted until Sunday. In the mean time, FILL OUT YOUR SURVEY!

THE IMPORTANT UPDATE

Hello everyone! I have lots to share with you today! This evening I sent out the smoke test for the backerkit survey. A small portion of you will find the surveys in your email inboxes. Please fill those out as soon as possible! Once the smoke test clears, I will send everyone else their surveys.
As we speak, the final versions of the files are being uploaded and sent to the printers. This means that the book is FINALLY entering physical production. It also means that we can start distributing PDF codes once people complete their surveys! This is really great news! We're still on schedule for delivery of physical products in late November.
Lastly... if you missed the Kickstarter and still want to secure a copy of Swords & Chaos: THE PREORDER STORE IS NOW OPEN!
